Shipping Times
In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 1-5 business days depending on your shipping preferences selected at checkout. Click here to check the status of your order. Please note that your order may experience delays due to promotional events or holidays.

Standard Shipping - U.S.
We primarily ship U.S. orders through USPS; some items could ship through different carriers depending on the size and weight of the order and items ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for most products in our online store and is only available for orders within the contiguous United States. Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either Overnight or Two-Day shipping. We will ship the same business day for orders placed before 2 p.m. CST; all orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will be shipped the next business day. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday from our local warehouse; weekends and holiday deliveries are excluded.
Special Considerations for Shipping
Freshleaf Decor Home Rugs by Joanna Gaines x Loloi
Our rugs are shipped by our trusted Freshleaf Decor partner, Loloi. Please expect a processing window of 5-7 business days before shipping. Once your rug leaves Loloi, it could take up to two weeks for transit. Please note, we require a signature upon delivery for all rugs in your order.
Freshleaf Decor Home by Joanna Gaines Crafted with KILZ
Our paint is manufactured and distributed through our trusted partner, KILZ. Paint orders will be processed the same day the order is placed. Once the paint is mixed, it will ship from their warehouse within 3-5 business days. Once the paint leaves KILZ's warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days. Peel & Stick samples are mailed through USPS Standard and should arrive within 7-10 business days.
Furniture
Our furniture is shipped through a trusted Freshleaf Decor partner.
- For Made to Order furniture, please allow 6-8 weeks for your item to be created. Once ready for shipment, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after the item has shipped.
- Some furniture items are sold prior to being stocked by our partners. Once this inventory is available and in-stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery after the item has shipped.
- Furniture items that are in-stock and ready for processing will be processed in 3-5 business days.
Please know, once the order is place, we are unable to make cancelations or edits to the order.
As you get closer to your delivery date, our carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery and confirm your selected delivery method (Threshold or White Glove). Furniture is not eligible for Expedited or International Shipping.
- Threshold Delivery: Item(s) will be shipped to your delivery location and placed in the foyer or entrance.
- White Glove: Item(s) will be shipped to your delivery location, unboxed, assembled, and placed at the destination of your choosing. All packaging will be removed and taken with the carrier.
Framed Art
Framed Art is shipped through a trusted Freshleaf Decor partner. Framed Art orders are processed the same day the order is placed. Please expect to wait 6-8 weeks before your item is shipped, as each piece is made to order. Once these items are shipped, you can expect transit time to take two weeks. Framed art is not eligible for Expedited or International Shipping and will be shipped through Standard Ground Shipping. Once the order is placed, we are unable to make cancelations or edits to the order.
Freshleaf Decor Home by Joanna Gaines Wallcoverings
Our wallpaper is shipped by our trusted Freshleaf Decor partner, York. These orders can take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped. Once your wallpaper is shipped, please allow 5-7 days for the shipment to arrive. Wallpaper is not eligible for Expedited or International Shipping and will be shipped through Standard Ground Shipping. Once the order is placed, we are unable to make cancelations or edits to the order.
Lighting
Our lighting is shipped by a trusted Freshleaf Decor partner. Lamps can take 3-5 business days to process before shipping from our vendor's warehouse if the item is in stock. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment, once your lamp order leaves the warehouse.
Our wired lighting will ship small parcel and will be delivered through standard ground shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment, once your wired lighting order leaves the warehouse.
Please know our lighting products are not eligible for Express or International shipping services and will be delivered through Standard Ground shipping. Once the order is placed, we are unable to make cancelations or edits to the order.
Steele Canvas
Steele Canvas hampers and hand trucks are made to order, so please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Once the items are shipped, you can expect transit time to take two weeks. Steele canvas items are not eligible for Expedited or International Shipping and will be shipped through Standard Ground Shipping. Live Plants – Heirloom Roses
Roses are shipped through a trusted Freshleaf Decor partner. Once your order is processed it will take 3-5 days for shipment. Live plants are not eligible for Expedited or International shipping. Once the order is placed, we are unable to make cancelations or edits to the order.
